Two alleged drug peddlers were arrested with contraband substance in Jammu and Kashmir''s Udhampur district on Wednesday, police said.
The accused have been identified as Rajesh Kumar alias Kali and Rajesh Verma, they said.
A police party intercepted a vehicle in Tikri area of Udhampur and recovered some heroin from it, the police said.
Kumar and Verma were arrested on the spot, they said.
A case has been registered at Rehambal police station in the matter and an investigation is underway, they said.
